UPDATED CANCELLATION AND ATTENDANCE POLICY:

Termination
Once a contract/invoice is sent, you are on the schedule and we assume you are attending the performance. The Sponsoring Organization may terminate this contract at any time by giving written notice no less than thirty (30) days' from scheduled performance date. If the contract is terminated with less than thirty (30) days' notice, Sponsoring Organization will be subject to a termination fee of 25% of contract amount.

Final Attendance Numbers
While Final Attendance Numbers may change due to circumstances beyond your control, it cannot change more than 15% within fourteen (14) days of scheduled performance, else Sponsoring Organizations will be responsible for full contract amount.

Payment
Payment in full is due no later than the day of your performance, unless a previous arrangement has been made. Payment should be mailed to the address below or you may bring payment with you (check, cash or credit card).

By bringing your classes to see a play at Pax Amicus, teachers enable students to meet the core curriculum-content standards
in the areas of Visual/Performing Arts, Language Arts Literacy and Social Studies.

Shakespearean English-acted in a natural, realistic way, accessible to all
Performances edited to fit your school day (Running time: approximately 2 1/2 hours, which includes intermission and Q&A.)
An exciting, educational stage combat demonstration for Romeo and Juliet (following performance).
Meet the cast in a question-answer period after the show
Colorful and authentic period costumes, sets and music
Plenty of free parking for buses and cars - and a ramp for the handicapped (regretfully, we do not have handicap-accessible bathrooms)
An intimate (we seat just under 200) student-friendly environment
Reasonable cost: $22 per person ($20 per person if you book the whole house or multiple dates with 185+ people)
Easy access via all major NJ, NY and PA highways - off routes 80 and 46
Appropriate for middle, high school and college students
